Mee Krob


Egg, 1
Dry small rice noodle, one handful
Shrimp, 2
Pork or chicken, a few slices
Lemon or lime juice, 3 tablespoon
Fish sauce, 3 tablespoon
Sugar, 3 tablespoon
Paprika, 1 teaspoon
Green onion, 1 handful, chopped
Cooking oil, 2 tablespoon

Fry the dry noodles in hot oil first then put them aside. In the hot pan place the cooking oil. Add the egg, chicken and shrimp. Stir together until cooked. Add fish sauce, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well. When the mixture is thickened, lower the heat. Add the paprika. Then turn off the heat and add the noodles into the pan. Mix the sauce and noodles well in a circular, folding motion. Add the green onion and serve.
