Hot and Sour Soup

(Tom Yum)

Shrimp, 10-15
Lemon grass
Lime or lemon juice, 3 tablespoon
Fish sauce, 3 tablespoons
Cilantro
Broth, 4 cups
Mushroom, handfull, chopped

In a pot, heat the broth until boiling. Add fish sauce and lime juice. Smashed a stick of lemon grass about two inches long and add shrimps when the soup is boiling. Add sliced mushroom and cilantro. Ready to serve.
