Red chili paste, 1 teaspoon
Curry powder, 1 teaspoon
Coconut milk, 1 cup
Potato, 1 medium
Egg plant, 1 cup chopped
Onion, 1 small, chopped
Paprika, 1 teaspoon
Fish sauce, 2 tablespoon
Sugar, 1/2 teaspoon
Cooking oil, 1 tablespoon
Any kind of meat about 1/2 lb.
Put cooking oil and chili paste in a hot pan. Add curry powder and paprika,
and follow with coconut milk immediately. Be careful not to burn the curry.
Add meat and all of the vegetable fish sauce and sugar into the pan. Cover
the pan with a lid and let simmer till the vegetables and meat are cooked.
Serve with rice.
