Chicken meat, 1/2 pound, sliced
Bamboo shoot or egg plant, 1 cup, sliced
Fish sauce, 1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon
Green chili, 1 or 2, or bell pepper, handful
Garlic, 2-3 cloves
Mint or basil leaves, 1 handful
Cooking oil, 2 tablespoon
Put the oil and smashed garlic in a pan. Add chicken, bamboo shoot and bell pepper. Stir and add fish sauce and oyster sauce. When the meat is cooked, add basil leaves. Serve with rice.
